Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Rototec, is seeking a project manager in Umeå for a parental leave replacement until August 2026. The assignment is part of our staffing services, and you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Rototec.

Job Responsibilities
The role of project manager at Rototec is broad and includes several varied tasks. You will be based at the office in Umeå but will have projects throughout Norrland, both along the coast and inland. This means you need to be comfortable with travel as part of the job. As a project manager, you are responsible for driving Rototec's projects forward by planning, coordinating, and steering towards set goals. 

The role includes, among other things:

• Setting up and managing timelines, production planning, and material procurement
• Procurement of subcontractors
• Representing Rototec at kick-off and construction meetings
• Ongoing documentation, quality review, and workplace safety follow-up
• Ensuring and handing over final documentation to the end customer
• Project compilation and profitability analysis

We are looking for someone who has
experience in project management and/or site management from the construction industry.

Umeå currently consists of a small team where you will be an important key player for Rototec's continued success in northern Sweden, supporting both locally and regionally. A driver's license and fluent language skills in Swedish and English are required for the position.
